About Chris
Chris is an entrepreneur specializing in business management, innovation, and leadership. With a passion for helping businesses grow and adapt to the evolving market, he brings fresh insights and strategic approaches to leadership and organizational success. He is currently pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Mindanao in Davao City.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Development Management, majoring in Public Affairs Management, in 2016, he began teaching management and business-related subjects at the University of Southern Mindanao, College of Business, Development Economics, and Management at the age of 22. During this time, he also served as the University Coach for the Sepak Takraw Team during SCUAA 2017 and as an Assistant Sports Coordinator for MASTS 2016.
From 2018 to 2019, he expanded his expertise by working in a BPO company in Clark, Pampanga, where he gained valuable experience in customer service and customer relationship management. This role helped him understand the dynamics of fast-paced industries and how software management systems function.
Between 2019 and 2021, he excelled as an Operations Manager at a business processing company, where he initiated and led the development of a new system. His leadership and strategic vision earned him an award for outstanding performance in 2019.
At the age of 27, he transitioned into business consulting and project management, obtaining a project management certification from Google, along with certifications as a ManyChat.com agency partner and a messenger marketing expert.
Since 2016, he has been focused on motivation, management, leadership, and business. He actively engages audiences through podcasts, YouTube content, and social media while also speaking at universities, events, workshops, and seminars, inspiring individuals to achieve success in their respective fields.
He later joined InfinityHub Digital Marketing Company as a Product Innovation Officer, where he identified business growth opportunities and innovations. In this role, he also served as an Assistant Project Manager in the modernization of MPhilGEPS Phase 1 and Phase 2 documentation, playing a crucial role in streamlining and enhancing government procurement processes.
His dedication to empowering professionals extended in joining Nasya Business Consultancy Services as CEO with a firm committed to providing efficient and affordable international licensure exam application services for medical professionals worldwide. He collaborates with business partners and hospitals in the USA to create career opportunities for Filipino medical professionals and travels to various cities in the Philippines to educate and guide aspiring professionals about international career prospects.
Furthermore, he co-founded UpCarePH, an innovative mobile job search app in the Philippines, with the vision of reaching millions of users in the next seven years, helping professionals and healthcare providers connect with job opportunities more efficiently. Additionally, he co-founded ManPro, a platform designed to help businesses and organizations embrace innovation, optimize operations, and enhance industry standards to drive sustainable growth.
Entrepreneur in residence of USMart TBI, a DOST-funded Technology Business Incubator, where he plays a crucial role in mentoring and guiding startup incubatees, helping them develop their businesses and preparing them to become successful entrepreneurs. Through this initiative, he continues to foster innovation and support emerging startups in transforming their ideas into sustainable enterprises.
